I use this mattress on a roll out trundle bed. It slides in easily under the primary mattress. The big surprise is how terrific the mattress is. I am as comfortable on it as any mattress in the house. The key is, unlike most trundle mattresses, it has springs and foam. The support is terrific

It was a little bit of a tight squeeze if you have a bed where the sides come up a bit so sheet changes are rough but otherwise it’s comfortable.
