Had three different ones delivered and something was wrong with each one. We waited four months to finally get one that worked and STILL, the buzzer doesn’t go off at the end of the cycle. I’m done with sending them back so we will just deal with it.

The stacked washer and dryer work great. I like the extra capacity compared to the old one. My mother loves using her new machine and I like using it when I visit her.

The unit itself may appear to be desirable however, when the spin cycle is running the machine is very loud and unstable. If there is the slightest imbalance it is very disturbing, The material used to build the unit is thinner and cheaper than my Kenmore unit I bought twenty years ago. If the…
