you didn’t send me a plug for my charger all that was in the box was the phone and a 2 way cord no plug for the wall otherwise it was good i called in and thy transferred my number from the old phone to the new one

I love the phone. But it did not come with a charging device. It came with a wire with 2 small ends, and no plug. I’m going to contact store to see if they will correct this problem. And deliver it. I don’t drive due to the meds I’m on.

In order to activate the phone I need to scan it out of the store I need help to scan the item

I’ve noticed a lot of complaints about the charger cord they gave for this phone and the fact it came with no adapter. Well turns out that charging cord is meant to be plugged into the same adapter meant to be used for iPhone chargers. Find you an iPhone adapter and you will be good to go.
