المنتج جيد. لكن خدمة إصدار الفواتير ليست جادة. قمت بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء عدة مرات، وفي النهاية وصلتني فاتورة ضريبة القيمة المضافة فقط وليس للدفع ودون ذكر الضمان لمدة عامين.

ليس مدعم باشتراك باقه TOD كما بالاعلان وليس لدى سامسونج اى خلفيه عن تشغيل و خدمه عملاء سامسونج غايه فى السوء و عدم الاهتمام
فصلا عن ظهور نقطه بيضاء فى منتصف الشاشه و تم ارجاع المنتج منذ ٥ ايام دون استبداله حتى الان

The smart TV is very good, I like it. Only 1 usb port. Old style remote, my husband says it is very inconvenient, for me it is ok. Can mirror from my Samsung phone directly, tapping only 1 button on phone. But iPhone not connecting ((
