We love this machine! Originally had some top of the line Whirlpool Steam HD washer/dryer. Agitators are the way to go if you want very clean and smelling clothes. Now I know about washing machines and will always get the agitator type.

My Samsung Washer is beautiful, deep, and cleans very well. I can close the wash room door and not hear it. The cycles are perfect for the amount of soil on the clothes (children and active adults).
