I paid for a brand NEW computer and they gave me a refurbished one!
I never saw the refurnished sticker on the back of the computer until today when I was checking to see the model number.

When I arrived, I arrived unloaded, the only thing I could do was start working the windows, when I put it to load I didn’t want to load, I tried 2 days to see if it was charging but since I didn’t I had to return it.
