This product 1) did not work despite proper charging / never turned on to blend 2) was a fire hazard where the electric current through charging cable melted the plastic and almost caused an electric fire in the kitchen

This item is a rip-off. It never worked. We tried many times to charge the battery and once the charge that came with the blender was depleted the blender never charged again. Also, I was refused to return the item.
