Unable to crease the corners. Also, the remote app is useless because you are unable to guild the OKP. Update to more user friendly

PIECE OF GARBAGE ,horrible customer service Don’t buy this vacuum, they do not stand behind the warranty, mine needs to be replaced, it is within the warranty period, they wanted me to purchase another battery for this and install it myself…
