Love this washing machine! Does great job and was very easy to be delivered without extra fees (for $20 they can deliver to the room of your choice. Money well spent) my only qualm is the timing displayed on the unit. A lot of times it will display “15 min” but it’s twice as long. Not sure…

I hadn’t realized how poorly my old washer was working until it broke and I finally took the plunge to purchase this one. Although the average wash time is am hour the clothes are clean, no longer dull- looking and even old stains are coming out! The Amazon delivery men did a great job…

The delivery was smooth and issue free – in fact it arrived a day early – which was good. setting it up and understanding the use was simple. it has worked great and has a lot of variability in modes of drying. and it has a lot of capacity (like it says… hahah). great appliance.

Not what I expected! Machine is way too loud and the worse thing is you cannot customize your wash load. A wash should not take over an hour. Also, you cannot choose water temperature or spin cycle. Good price but this machine is not worth it!
