Outstanding. I purchased the sidekick to go along with my LG washer. At first I wasn’t sure how much use the sidekick would get, well I was wrong I use it everyday. A small but mighty washer. The direct drive motor is a plus with fewer moving parts. It also features a stainless steel drum. The sidekick cleans exceptional. Now you can not stuff a full size load inside(that’s why you haven a full size machine), its perfect for a few items. A wash my bathing suits, exercise clothes, intimates, delicates and table cloths. A convenient add on to my washer. The washer cups with a measure cup to ensure you use the right amount of liquid detergent. I love my sidekick, makes laundry life easier. I run both the side kick and main washer at the same time. I can even smart diagnosis to troubleshoot. I recommend the sidekick in a heartbeat. I wish I could give it more then five stars. I know it’s just a washer but it’s an exceptional washer that you need. I am waiting for my washer to break in our other house so I can replace it with a LG Washer and of course a sidekick. Very Handy, speeds up my wash… I have had the sidekick for a couple weeks and have used it much more then i thought i would. It washes in a little over 30 minutes and clothes come out smelling and looking great. It is very quiet, I have been washing my work blouses in it and my slacks and jeans in my larger washer. Addition. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced my 13-year-old LG steam washer/dryer set; because the red color was discontinued and I had to replace the pedestals I decided to give the Sidekick a try. I am concerned that it was delivered on it’s side in the delivery truck when the box clearly said not to! It definitely comes in handy for small loads and will save on wear and tear on the main washer. It also cuts down on overall time spent on laundry because you can do 2 loads at once. I do have to leave it pulled out and open because of condensation, I’m concerned there would be a mold problem if I didn’t. Even after thoroughly drying open for several days, it collects condensation when operating the main washer. I close the Sidekick prior to operating main washer and then open and dry it even if it hasn’t been used. Luckily my laundry room is set up so it’s not too much of an inconvenience to leave it open but I probably wouldn’t have purchased if I’d realized it would need to remain open. Time will determine whether I’m a satisfied buyer or one that replaces with a storage pedestal.

Little Powerhouse! This little powerhouse has been a game changer! I used to wash my undergarments and delicates in a garment bag in the regular washing machine and I always felt like it was such a waste for such a small load. Now I can wash my delicates in the sidekick at the same time as my regular wash or just whenever I need to wash them since it operates independently of the regular washing machine.
And don’t let the small size fool you because it is a powerhouse! It washes just as well as the regular large machine and it is much quieter than you’d expect!
I love this sidekick so much that we bought a second one to go under the dryer! Yes, you can put one under your dryer as well!!
