I just love this washer! I’ve been using this wonderful washer for a month and I still can’t get over how well it cleans! I like the different settings, including Speed Wash, which is perfect for those items, such as newly purchased items, that need freshening up. I will be sitting g down soon to research the options I can download on the selection dial. The deep tub makes it easy to wash bulky things like blankets.

Great investment! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washing machine unexpectedly quit. I needed a new machine immediately to keep up with my family’s daily wash loads. After comparing many machines, manufacturers, stores and ratings, I decided on the LG model. It definitely was a smart purchase. I’m so impressed with the efficiency of this washing machine! I can do very large loads of laundry in half the time my previous machine did. We’re saving water, energy, time and money and I’m getting thoroughly clean clothes. I would highly recommend this machine.

Big washer. I bought this last summer because my old washer went out after having it for 16 years . I trust LG products. It all started with my LG cellphone and my love for LG blossomed . All my tv”s are LG my refrigerator & stove . Lg makes great products . I have never had an issue with any of them. My washer is big and allows me to wash blankets & towels and my clothes.

Best purchase, the tub is HUGE! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is HUGE!! I bought online, didn’t see it first. I struggle to reach the bottom to pull clothes out, but that’s okay, I can wash all my comforters in this thing. The water is loud, but that’s okay too. I love all the options for washing it comes with. Very happy so far!

Worst Washer I have ever owned! So incredibly disappointed and haven’t the faintest idea how the good reviews can be legitimate. This washer is horrific – the clothes do not rub against each other it slowly “rocks” them so they are not coming out clean. For most of the wash, they simply soak in detergent, but not getting cleaned at all. The plate on the bottom, barely moves. The spin cycle works very well but I would imagine that most of us want washers that actually clean the clothes

LG’s a Leader. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending time researching, visiting a number of retail locations with washer machine products and talks with washer repairmen, and price comparisons based on features, we decided to select the LG WT7400CV. My non-tech wife absolutely loves the LG app to monitor the washing machine. The WT7400CV has many easy to use features. The large capacity does a suburb job cleaning a variety of clothing and materials. We have a number of LG products including TV’s, and soundbars. Because the performance and reliability of our other LG products, we were drawn to comparing other wishing machines to the LG. We could not be more pleased with our selection of the WT7400CV. LG over the last 5 years continues to be our choice for large and small appliances in our home.

Good washer, but tries to be too controlling. We purchased this a year ago to replace a 15+ year old LG washer and have been very pleased with the new unit. There are some issues with the operation of the machine not allowing us to choose a specific cycle configuration (E.G., cycle/water temp/spin speed and extra rinse cycle) as once the extra rinse option is selected the washer automatically self-changes the cycle to heavy duty when that cycle is neither the one selected or the one needed for the wash load.
In essence, it is telling us that we have no idea how to do a particular load of laundry. It is something that requires a change to the so-called *intelligent* software so that it is not overly controlling.
