In love. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer messed up a week ago I vowed to not buy another one of the same brand because I’ve had been loyal to that’s same company for years and a total of three washers messed up on me. I’m glad I got this amazing brand the washer is way bigger than the other three I’ve owned in the past came just in time the installers did an amazing job both delivering and giving instructions they were really professional and available I love the mirror finish and the viewable top I can see the clothes wash and all the smart settings I definitely recommend I was so excited to have it hooked up I took a picture during the process it was so beautiful.

I love this washing machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Smart wi-fi Enabled Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D Technology has so much greatness for a machine machine. The drum inside has no agitator so that gives even more room to do bigger loads. It has 15 different wash cycles and is super quiet. I really like the wash setting for allergens since my daughter has bad allergies. It has a timer on the display panel and also many options as to how soiled your load is to how fast you want the cycle to spin. With this being wifi enabled you can download the app and control the washing machine from your phone such as start/stop and notification to your phone when the cycle is done. LG did not disappoint with this washing machine.

Impressive Machine! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the first “high-end” washer that I’ve ever owned and I’m LOVING it. It makes doing laundry a breeze because there are so many different types of wash cycles and the machine senses the load size so I never have to select a multitude of settings manually. It’s also high-efficiency so it’s saving on electricity and it’s remarkably quiet. One thing that I especially love is the tub size–it’s huge compared to the washer that I previously owned and what would have once been considered a “large” load in my last washer now only fills about half of the tub in this one! Another kind of fun thing about it is that the lid has a clear window in it and there’s something almost mesmerizing about being able to actually see my laundry being done (my inner child gets a kick out of this). Although not a necessary feature, the machine is also compatible with a downloadable app which allows one to control the wash cycles remotely from a cell phone and it’s even possible to have LG help troubleshoot the machine through the app if necessary. Long story short, I’m really happy with the machine so far and it’s making me wish that I’d upgraded sooner.

Ready for Washing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really loving my LG Washer. Its easy to set up. For the Wi-Fi feature just download the Reccomendedd app. You can easily start/stop a cycle from the convenience of your own couch or wherever you may be. I personally like to just get up and do it myself. I’m a stay-at home parent. The tub is pretty big. I was able to fit loosely, a Queen comforter or 2 twin comforters. With my old washer I washed every 2-3 days but with this one I wash once a week. It definitely cuts some time off of my chores. There’s also a variety of settings to choose from. I’m still trying to figure out how to cut time on certain washes. You don’t have to choose if it’s a small, medium, large load. The tub spins and senses how much of load is in there. Love the look its classy, modern all around nice appearance.

Rust or a rust colored discoloration in the drum. I purchased the WT7900HBA from Home Depot brand new. Along with the DLEX7900BE. The drum of the WT7900 had an orange discoloration that looked like rust. The delivery guy hurriedly put it on a wash cycle and said it would clean out. The stain didn’t clean and after the cycle finished I inspected it more closely. It emanates from where the bottom and sides of the drum are attached. The worst of it is down in the crevices around the edges. I ran a self clean cycle with white vinegar. There was no improvement. Now listen, this is all understandable. Things happen. However LG’s customer service was horrible. First they didn’t want to replace the washer. They wanted to service it. Which is not likely to fix rust in the drum. Then when Home Depot finally talked them into replacing the darn washer LG scheduled the removal and replacement with me over the phone, but LG didn’t actually schedule with Home Depot Home Delivery. So after spending a couple thousand dollars I am sitting here with no clean clothes and no way to even go buy a new washer dryer and have this old one removed. I have a weird job, I work out of the country and I am only home and gone sporadically and with very little notice. Of course LG wouldn’t rush the removal of the old unit and replacement. So essentially I can’t return the old unit to make space for the new unit. At any rate now I am forced to find a buddy to help me move this crummy washer and the dryer I have never even had a chance to turn on and go to a local scratch and dent and try to find a washer and dryer to buy for my new house because, I need one today, before I go out of the country for work Saturday for a couple weeks. I guess I will have to store the items waiting for LG to return in a guest room or something. It’s been 2 weeks already. I am so frustrated that I am actually making an on line review. You know I must be frustrated to go to that level of commitment. I am not convinced that LG is upholding the standard Consumer Reports has granted them. Buyer beware. And definitely beware of their customer service.

Detergent dispenser. I bought this one month ago & am pleased with the washer except for the detergent & fabric softener dispenser. It is very hard to pull in & out, (I have to have my husband do it for me, as I am afraid to break it.) But the real problem is that the dispenser stays full of water when the wash is complete. It should not retain the water. I have to have my husband remove it & empty it & dry it. I might add that I have to use “tongs” to reach the clothes at the bottom of the tu

Big washer. I really like this washer, I can put either two clothes in a load or a very big load and the washer identifies how much water to use, and how much time it needs, the tank is as big that I even measuring 5′ 9” can barely make it to the bottom. LOL. I put all my full basket of one week clothes all in one load, my son’s clothes also in one load, my daughter’s in one load, what before took me like 6-7 loads to finish laundry, I just do three loads and “PUFF” that’s it. I am so happy. To give you an idea, I also do the bedding (sheets, shams, & duvet) ALL IN ONE LOAD. What before took me one load for sheets and another one for the duvet, EVERYTHING FITS ON ONE LOAD. I am so happy I bought this washer, I bought the three year warranty also to have peace of mind that if something happens I will have it repaired.
