Exceptional washer! The washer is beautiful and it works flawlessly. I purchased the washer 5 days ago and also bought and installed the matching dryer yesterday. They are both very quiet and do not vibrate hardly at all. I love the features and the capacity. I also love how short the cycle times are compared to previous models. One small note I would like to say, I use distilled vinegar as my fabric softener. If you fill the softener dispenser with vinegar as you would the Detergent dispenser, all the softener will slowly leak into the drum within about 24 hours. That’s no big deal to me though. I understand that isn’t how it was intended to be used. While I can’t speak on the reliability since I haven’t even had them for a week, I can say the quality of the machines have gone up. I had a WM9000HWA before this washer and it was a great washer but it would vibrate significantly more and make much more noise in the spin than this one does. The old washer would take about 2 hours and some change for a full load while this machine takes a little over an hour which I love! Highly recommend! They’re pricey but worth it!

Quality LG product. I bought the washing machine for my wife to replace her 13-year-old LG washer. Yes, it lasted 13 years. This newer model is quieter and more efficient, not as large of a footprint, but with just as large of a drum, so it’s a win-win for my wife. She loves this washer and will buy the LG dryer once our 13-year-old LG dryer finally stops working.

Great machine with one exception. I bought this washing machine a few months ago. It only uses a small amount of detergent and has excellent features and options for washing clothes. It also washes the clothes faster than my previous LG. The only problem I found is once a month I need to run a tub, clean a couple of times because the drum has a smell to it, I’ve never had to do this before and I’ve had other LG washers. After running the tub clean twice it works great for another month or so. We used detergent with no fragrance in it so I don’t know why this is happening.

This washer is beautiful to look at, and so quiet when it washes. It holds a lot of clothes and cleans well. I haven’t used the app yet, but the digital display on the washer is intuitive and easy to use.
