Not Like My First LG Washer. I had an LG for 11 years, The lid lock finally failed and the LG repairman couldn’t fix it with new parts. So I began looking for a machine that could be delivered within a day. Hence the LG WT7000CW, It is noisy, takes a long time per load and the items washed don’t smell fresh. I have had the machine four days and had about 8 loads of laundry to do since the first LG failed. As others have said, if you use “Normal” the water doesn’t cover the load. So I use extra water – which is not recommended in southern California. I am sorry I rushed into this purchase.

Great features. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased a different brand washing machine. When it was installed it knocked and wouldn’t go into the rinse/spin cycle, so it was replaced with a different model, same exact issue. Both the washer and dryer’s were returned and replaced with LG. We purchased the LG WT7000. It works great and cleans the clothes very well. We are extremely happy with the quality and performance of our new LG appliances!

This washer is very quiet. But sometimes it will overfill water, sometimes just fill a little water, and you are not able to adjust the water level.

This is the first time ever that I’ve purchased an LG washer. Last year I purchased an LG Dryer & love it! So, figured I’d go for the washer now. Soooo glad I did. Absolutely love it. It’s so efficient, quick, thorough, and easy to operate. I get done my laundry in no time at all. Very happy…

Better if it pulled all laundry under the water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous front-load LG washer that lasted 28 years. This one unfortunately does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side. I have to push the laundry under the water by pausing the wash, then start it up again. The same problem happens with rinsing, it does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side.

A Workhorse That Goes On and On. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the exact same washer I bought ten years ago. A real workhorse without any issues. My husband washes a great deal of clothes himself and when our ten year old LG said “goodbye”, we went right out and got the same exact one. It is updated in visual appearance but hopefully we will get the same Great Service we had with the last LG.
