This is a very nice laptop and I was very surprised to see that I also could download Office 21 at no cost. However, I did have 1 disappointment, the camera is not compatible with Windows Login feature so I can no longer just login using my likeness.

Advertised up to 9 hours battery life, not even close right out of box. We’ve struggled to get more than 4 hours. Also, screen quality is disappointing. Return initiated, will raise review and rate higher if customer service for return is good.
