I bought two for my two kids. One of them is very laggy when it starts up. It should not be the speed of a brand new computer. After using it for less than a year, the screen of one of them broke, with vertical stripes all over it, and it was unusable.

I bought this laptop 3 months ago, and when it came, the time it took to turn on was for ever! Then 3 hours later it stoped working. I plugged it in and it still did not turn on. The 3 hours later it just randomly turned on again. Plus the computing time took FORVER! 3 minutes just to load…

Purchased for a family member who is midly hadicapped. The clear bright screen is very nice, seems like a decent to good quality computer at a great price. Windows 11 is a bit tough for someone used to Windows 10, however it’s not a deal-breaker, simply a steep learning curve.
