Item itself is damaged the box it came in was fine but it’s dented and it’s from the inside out I’m not happy with it I either want a good well worth it discount or a completely brand new one it cost to much money for me not to be happy with it please help

I read negative comments and was nervous that I ordered this washer. I am using it tonight for the first time and so far so good! It’s not moving around, not loud, cleans the clothes, holds a good amount of clothes. So what are these negative Nellies talking about!? Ugh!

I ordered this with Amazon delivery. They were only one hour late. The machine was taken to the room of my choice. I opened the box and set it up. Sadly the drain hose is only 4 feet long. I need longer so I had to order a longer hose.
