    This HP Laptop PC purchase was a disappointment. It’s shell is constructed from cheap lightweight plastic. I was worried that when carrying bookstyle if I gripped it just slightly between my fingers and palm, that it woul Crack the plastic.

    The laptop works perfectly. Unfortunately, it was supposed to come with a portable 320gb solid state drive, which was essential for what I use it for. This did not come with the laptop and was not resolved by Amazon. The 64gb emmc drive was nearly consumed at the first startup.

    Have not even had it two weeks and it’s stuck on bios image clearing. A new laptop shouldn’t have issues straight out of the box.
