Was excited to get this laptop, then it all came to an end when I couldn’t pass the start repair , tried for 10 to fix it, YouTubing how to fix it , nothing worked . So I had to call HP For Them To Tell Me the Seller “Modified” the laptop. So I returned it .

Since everything is Microsoft approved you are limited – especially on games. Windows 11 is an adjustment. It is fast. It is easy to use but definitely requires an adjustment from windows 10.

Over all it is a good laptop. It runs in S mode which limits the apps you are allowed to use. I tried to remove the S mode but that also received an error message. Can make adjustments to the apps I wanted but wasn’t thrilled.
