Bought this item on Black Friday 2021, worked fine initially. Then I brought it back to Indonesia and just a few days a go the screen had multiple horizontal lines flickers. Tried to find Gateway customer service to no avail, the Acer company in Asia no longer accepts Gateway Laptop service….
