The pins on the charging cord fail after a few months. Their are 4 pins inevitably one or more of the pins recess and do NOT connect to the watch to charge. Can’t be fixed so you have to KEEP BUYING new chargers. I’m on my 4th after just a year!

I had another fitbit for a year or so and the back light faded on me. I decided to try the fitbit Sense because it tracks your O2 levels. I thought it would be good with Covid being spread so rapidly.
My main thing I am having trouble with is my Sense will quit picking up my text and messages….
