At first when i got the bed, it was kinda hard and not comfortable. But i just gave it a week or so and it became softer and really comfortable. So just give it time, cause i was also worried in paying a lot for bad quality but this is actually amazing quality.

I have had my mattress since Christmas 2023 and it is so perfect! The best sleep I have gotten. I recommend it to all my friends. I would say its about medium firmness, soft but not to soft to the point of flatting out the memory foam.
