the laptop got to me on time, packaged beautifully and securely. and now that i’ve been using it for a couple weeks i can say i’m happy i bought a refurbished laptop. i haven’t noticed any issues with it except the speakers could be better. the volume is kinda low. but other than that it runs…

Giving 4 stars just because I haven’t had it long enough to really dive in. But it seems like new and is working just fine right now. It was packaged securely and arrived as promised. Overall, 5 stars for buying experience.

I just got this computer about 3 weeks and start to love it. I never owned a window computer and plus a refurbish too. I have a little trouble at first because fan coming on and off. My Mac doesn’t do that. I emailed Joysystems (Refurbish company) and they response to my request right away….
