the blender is flat out garbage you can’t make ANYTHING without leaking or getting stuck with VERY SIMPLE STUFF LIKE CAROTS. WAY UNDER POWERED. It is now March 29 2024 they received the item March 6 AND STILL NO REFUND? I called Amazon 4 times today to ask wheres my refund THEY ALL HUNG UP ON…

Vacuum is useful for smooth texture, power is strong and shield for less noise helpful. Vacuum and shield are appealing. This is the best blender I have. Before I used Nutribullet and Ninja blender. I recommend this .
