The watch is damaged in several places and cannot be charged due to damage to the battery or wires, despite the excellent quality of the product stated by the seller. How could it even happen? I can’t even turn it on, what is “excellent” quality for them??

Face was clean but couple scratches on the side but fixed with case i ordered …. pretty good cop ✍🏾

I love this watch! it is full of features and it paired easily with my iPhone15. this watch was a refurbished on but unless you know that you would never be able to tell. I have had zero problems with it. I have never had any issues with refurbished products from Amazon.
