No instructions! But we were able to figure it out. The tube thing is very unstable and will tip over as you pump if you don’t have it on a stable base – not the soft ground.

I’ve been in the HVAC business for 47 years now and with a different attachment this is the best tool I’ve found to push off commercial pulleys and bearings on a shaft. It has many uses especially on vehicles.
