I ordered this blender based on power for smoothies w/ ice. The first one, the rubber teeth in the base thar spin the cup, shredded off. Two of the 3 plastic tabs on the cup also broke off. Ivwill say that it was powerful, almost too much for the rubber teeth to handle!
