Comfortable. Medium firm I guess. I returned another 10 inch hybrid mattress. The springs made it feel like a cheap kids bed at a camp. So I went for all memory foam with this purchase and it was much more comfortable. I think the hybrids are more comfortable when they’re 14 inches or so.
