Did not read delivery instructions. When ordered tv wrote instructions to deliver to back door and put on deck. Just delivered tv and put on front steps. Walmart should just forget this part to fill out when ordering merchandise it doesn’t do any good anyway. This has no bearing of quality of tv. Tv was delivered quickly in two days. Hopefully tv is not damaged. Will follow up with another review when get tv operational.

Great TV if delivered safely. Arrived with a crack screen. This is not Walmart’s fault. The shipper cracked it, however, I do think Roku could have provided better packing to withstand the rough handling. Other than that, the TV is a great value and a good choice.

Right Box Wrong size. I ordered a 43″ TV, I received a 38″ TV.
Called Customer Service to return the TV. FedEx never showed up to pick the TV back up.
After it sat outside for 48 hrs. (it was covered and still got wet.) I was told it could not be returned at the store because it was ordered online. After not being picked up a second time, I called customer service once again and asked them to allow me to take it to a local store. I barely got the TV to the local Walmart w/out it breaking through the wet box. I will never order an appliance online again, for fear it won’t be correct again. This was such an inconvenience for me. I know not whose fault it was that the package never got picked up Walmarts or FedEx. Nevertheless, it was a mess.

It’s an okay tv for the price. It’s ok for the price. The sound isn’t what I expected, could be improved. Colors could be more brilliant, I’ve tried playing with adjustments. It’s ok for the price, but next tv I buy I’ll upgrade.

Roku TV is great! TV is great for my bedroom. No problems and just as expected. I just wish this 43″ TV came with the rechargeable remote controller as in the upper line, but the upper line only carries TVs 55 inch and larger.

تأتي الشاشة بريموت واحد فقط وكنت أتمنى أن تأتي بريموت إضافي ، لكن مع الأندرويد فيوجد امكانية تحميل تطبيق يجعل الموبايل يتحكم في الشاشة التحكمات الأساسية

Everything Roku! I was disappointed when TCL switched from the Roku platform to Google. I’m so glad Roku is now manufacturing their own TV’s and are still using the Roku platform. I replaced a 43″ TCL Roku that just crashed on day with a new Roku 43.” It performs every bit as good, if not better than my old TCL.

Excellent product. This has excellent picture and sound. Still trying to find out all the uses for the Roku component, but otherwise very happy with my purchase. Value was very affordable for the quality and free delivery is always a plus. 43″ is only 15 lbs, so easy to assemble and set up by my 80 yo self.

driver. I was the last stop or near the last stop on the route. The driver did not knock on my door and left it at the bottom of 4 stairs. I just need help getting it inside the front door. I need to ask a neighbor to help me.
