I purchased this computer for my elderly mother, her first computer. The computer does not look new, very dirty and scratched up. It also came in a bubblewrap envelope, does that even make sense? I’m not sure if it works properly as it was just received today, if not I will be returning.

Don’t buy so disappointing, tried to buy this device for my mother as a gift it was not new, the brightness was broken so the screen was blacked out, and already had a password locked onto it . Very poor product.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! The listing states these are BRAND NEW when in fact they are very well used and shipped from a used computer store. They didn’t even take the time to remove the “Post it note” with the techs initials on it! Laptop is scratched up, battery is dead…
